DSP Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for guiding and cultivating new technicians to help them grow rapidly;
2. Responsible for the development of DSP and MCU software frameworks, key code compilation and protocol development;
3. Assist the algorithm engineer to verify and optimize the algorithm prototype on the DSP, and optimize the function in combination with the application scenario;
4. Responsible for reconstructing and writing the verified and optimized algorithm in the way of algorithm library

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, automation, and electronic technology (degree), with more than 3 years of work experience;
2. Master the design of common audio interface protocols, communication protocols, drivers and RTOS programming;
3. Be familiar with the relevant theoretical knowledge of digital signal processing and audio processing, and be able to use simulation tools for algorithm simulation;
4. Proficiently use the ADI SHARC DSP platform to develop, and have rich experience in the implementation of audio processing related projects;
5. Be familiar with speex and webRTC audio processing library, and have experience in modifying and transplanting to DSP;
6. Those who can model, simulate and tune audio algorithms are preferred.
